There are countless circumstances that are simply out of our control
that cause even those of us with the best intentions to end up in
financial straits. Sometimes, the only way to pick ourselves up out of
difficult situations is to use credit cards to handle unexpected
expenses, bills and other financial concerns. The danger in using credit
cards is the accompanying debt that follows. The deferment of dealing
with financial responsibility can lead to greater problems as too much
debt can spiral drastically and can even lead to ruined credit, deeper
financial straits and, in extreme cases, civil and criminal prosecution.
Some turn to bankruptcy without considering the future difficulties it
may cause. Many people are simply not aware that the consequences of too
much credit card debt can be avoided. Our one-hour seminar, Credit Card
Debt Negotiation, enables participants to work cooperatively with credit
card companies and financial institutions to heal the damage that can
occur from credit card debt and abuse.
The process of resolving the problems that arise from credit card often
starts with a simple phone call to credit card companies. The focus of
the Credit Card Debt Negotiation program is to understand what needs to
take place once contact has been established. We teach individuals,
businesses and families the proper way to approach credit card companies
in an amicable way to resolve delinquency issues and debt-related
concerns. By utilizing time-tested negotiation concepts that can be
utilized in nearly any debt situation, our Credit Card Debt Negotiation
program empowers participants with the ability to effectively work
towards financial freedom from debt and high interest rates. Proven
learning methodologies in this content-rich one-hour training seminar
are designed to help participants feel comfortable about handling credit
card debt negotiations. Group exercises, self-assessments and
negotiation discussions reinforce the learning process in this program.
The concepts taught in this class help minimize conflict and restore
ruined credit during credit card debt negotiations.

"It was my pleasure to attend the AEGIS negotiations workshop held this past September in Lake Las Vegas Nevada.
I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how practical and relevant I found this training to be. In my position I am often involved in the negotiation process, sometimes directly as the negotiator, other times in planning a negotiation strategy to carried out.
What I found most beneficial in the workshop was how you were able to identify for us nearly twenty different negotiation/manipulation tactics. The ability to put labels these tactics; know when and how to use them; and the ability recognize and neutralize them when they’re being used on you is very powerful indeed.
I consider myself a skilled negotiator, however after the workshop I was able to see how I tended to gravitate to certain tactics without realizing the many other options that were at my disposal.
Since returning to work I’ve added to my negotiating repertoire and enjoyed putting much of what I’ve learned into practice."
