Corporate Negotiations Seminar
When dealing with a corporation, one has to keep in mind that large
organizations “think” and “act” differently that most businesses. Those
who are employed in the corporate world or must conduct business with
corporate customers are all too familiar with the unique challenges and
opportunities found in the corporate world. Generally, corporate
negotiations take more time. Corporate discussions are traditionally
more involved and may include larger groups. Decision-making tends to be
slower as authority may be spread out or reside higher within an
organization. Final negotiations sometimes become be more tedious as
often understaffed contract and legal departments must review any
paperwork prior to signature. These characteristics are simply a fact of
life when a negotiation takes place on a corporate level. Our Corporate
Negotiations Seminar is an in-depth program designed to teach effective
negotiation skills to participants who must deal with internal and
external corporate structures in the fulfillment of their position.
This highly interactive, two-day negotiations training seminar provides
key strategies that enable participants to become more effective when
dealing with the corporate world. The Corporate Negotiations Seminar
focuses on the need to develop and strengthen the negotiations skills of
participants via practice and proven seminar concepts. Designed on the
concept of principled negotiations that seeks to build a “win-win” when
dealing with corporate clients, our training seminar teaches
participants how to focus on common interests while strengthening
relationships and working to build a mutually beneficial outcome. This
participatory negotiations seminar utilizes multiple learning techniques
to increase skills transfer. Role playing, individual assessments and
activities, group discussions and lectures reinforce the negotiations
learning process in this seminar. We touch upon every facet of a
negotiation – from planning and preparation to the ability to wrap up a
negotiation that leads to mutual satisfaction. The Corporate
Negotiations Seminar teaches participants to be prepared to handle
nearly any negotiation situation, regardless of whether discussions are
taking place internally or externally. Following our seminar,
participants will be able to handle any complex or simple negotiation
with greater success.
