Our Public Negotiation Training Courses and Public Negotiation Seminars are available in a standard format that we can offer your employees in house or we can customize complete negotiations training programs for your company or organization. We do not charge for minor customization.

That is because, all too often, many people approach negotiations blindly. They fail to prepare for discussions that could provide great results or lead to disastrous outcomes. Our comprehensive two-hour Negotiation Planning Seminar is designed to provide participants with simple, easy-to-use concepts that can be applied to any negotiation situation.
Often, the only difference between one negotiator and another is the amount of time one has spent planning for a negotiation. Our Negotiation Planning Seminar provides participants with immediate exposure to time-tested principles and proven methodologies that lead to greater success when negotiating. Via our proven seminar, we teach participants how work around what is most important to them before even setting foot at the negotiation table. Our skills-based negotiations seminar teaches participants how to negotiate in a principled manner by focusing on common interests while building relationships. This participatory negotiations seminar utilizes personal assessments, group exercises, activities and other seminar discussions to reinforce the learning process. Via the Negotiation Planning Seminar, participants will be prepared to handle nearly any negotiation situation and will understand how to utilize newly learned planning skills to lead to success.
