Our Public Negotiation Training Courses and
Public Negotiation Seminars are available in a standard format that
we can offer your employees in house or we can customize complete
negotiations training programs for your company or organization. We do
not charge for minor customization.

groups at your offices or through our open enrollment seminars: We do
offer Negotiation Skill training programs to the general public.
Management Negotiation Course
To be effective as a manager in today’s competitive corporate world,
even the most seasoned professionals need to acquire and hone multiple
valuable skills to succeed. The abilities to work as part of a team with
one’s peers, to manage employees, to communicate succinctly and to think
strategically are obviously vital. Yet, one skill is often overlooked by
managers – the ability to negotiate. In fact, many management careers
have been scuttled due to poor negotiation skills. When managers fail to
learn to negotiate, they suffer from the inability to negotiate
advantageous contracts, strong partnerships, resource allocations,
larger and more profitable sales orders and other transactions that can
affect a company’s bottom line. Our Management Negotiation Course is
focused on teaching managers the essential skills to negotiate
effectively in their leadership role.
The Management Negotiation Course delivers the ability to put into
practice principled negotiations skills via proven methodologies,
practice and the most effective negotiation course training concepts in
the industry. Built upon the theory of principled negotiations that seek
to build a positive and rewarding outcome for both parties, our
negotiation skills course teaches managers how to focus on common
interests when negotiating in nearly any situation. This course takes
into account the particular needs of managers and puts them at the
forefront of all discussions. A hands-on negotiations class, Management
Negotiations Course makes use of simulation sessions, group discussions,
exercises and course modules to reinforce skills transfer. An emphasis
is placed on every stage of negotiations – from the early phases of a
discussion to the conclusion of a deal. Our negotiations training course
empowers managers with the ability to lead any negotiation situation,
regardless of size or complexity. Course activities are designed to
ensure skills usage and transfer. As a result of attending this course,
managers will be able to perform their valuable role while seeking to
protect the best interests of their company
Management Negotiation Course participants will learn to:
