Our Job Offer Negotiation Skills training seminar is a two-hour program designed to teach business professionals how to effectively approach a job offer negotiation when looking to change jobs or industries.

discussions, our Job Offer Negotiation Skills program empowers
participants with the ability to effectively state a case for higher
salaries, improved benefits or other merit-based financial rewards.
Proven learning methodologies in this informative and beneficial
workshop are designed to help participants feel comfortable about
handling a job offer negotiation. Group activities, assessments,
exercises and negotiation discussions all work together to reinforce the
learning process. The skills taught in this class help minimize conflict
and strengthen future working relationships during job offer
negotiations and discussions.
